Few things unite Americans of all backgrounds quite like the ability to score free food at a national restaurant chain, which is exactly what seems to be presenting itself at the moment across Kentucky sports betting, thanks to national burger chain Shake Shack. The chain is offering customers free “Chicken Shack” sandwiches if an NFL player scores a touchdown and does the customary arm flap dance affectionately known as The Chicken Dance in the end zone.

The deal, which only applies to Sunday NFL contests, was first announced by ESPN’s Adam Schefter on the social media site formerly known as Twitter, presenting a unique opportunity for football fans to cheer for a silly end zone dance on Sunday.

In light of all that poultry fare, BetKentucky.com has hypothetical odds on which player could deliver free sandwiches to Americans from sea to shining sea, action you won't find on Kentucky sports betting apps.

Who Could Bust Out The Chicken Dance On Sunday?

The leading candidates to hit paydirt and flap their arms like a chicken are San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (+350) and Jonathan Taylor of the Indianapolis Colts (+400), who finds himself No. 2 on the list largely due to the fact that the Colts play the New England Patriots in Frankfurt, Germany on Sunday morning. Yes, those Colts playoff chances aren't dead yet thanks to a win over the Panthers Sunday and the Patriots up next.

That’s noteworthy because The Chicken Dance is a common staple at Oktoberfest events across Germany and beyond each fall, which is why Taylor and Rhamondre Stevenson of the Patriots (+600) are top candidates to break out the move on Sunday.

Other top contenders for some fowl dancing are Gus Edwards of the Baltimore Ravens and Travis Etienne Jr. of the Jacksonville Jaguars (+900 apiece), Minnesota Vikings wideout Jordan Addison and Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews (+1200 each), capping off what should be an entertaining weekend in the NFL.

One way or another, at least one (and possible more) NFL players are bound to shake their tail feathers in an end zone near you this weekend, scoring Americans a free chicken sandwich and endearing themselves to food lovers across the country in the process.
